- Avenues
The Avenues is an affluent neighborhood in Salt Lake City. It is named after the perfectly gridlike, closely laid out roads called Avenues (numbers, 1st - 18th) and Streets (letters, A - V). First surveyed in the 1850s, the Avenues became Salt Lake City's first neighborhood. Today, the Avenues neighborhood is generally considered younger, more progressive, and somewhat "artsy" when compared to other neighborhoods. Many young professionals choose to live there due to the culture and easy commute to downtown. - Daybreak
Daybreak is a master-planned community over 4,000 acres in size that began construction in 2004. Daybreak is located in South Jordan, nicely accessible both to downtown Salt Lake and Silicon Slopes. And yet Daybreak is also evolving. With new homes and new kinds of homes. And with all sorts of exciting new experiences. Art and music. Commerce and cuisine. Nature and culture. Amazing new features like the Spoke bike park and the soon-to-be Watercourse canal network. New ways to play, learn and live healthy. - Pepperwood
Pepperwood was first created on August 28, 1973, and for almost 50 years has remained the premier gated community in the Salt Lake Valley. Both of our gates have 24/7 guards, monitoring everyone entering our community and helping to secure the privacy and peace of mind of our residents. Our HOA is made up of close to 600 lots, spread across 477 acres. Pepperwood residents enjoy spacious streets, and a large common area with a pavilion, pool, hot tub, splash pad, kiddie playground, and tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. There are walking paths through the community, and numerous community activities like an Easter Egg hunt, annual High School Grad Party and a July 4th parade and breakfast. - Sugarhouse
Sugar House is a neighborhood in Salt Lake City. As a primary commercial and residential hub of the region, it is often referred to as Salt Lake's "Second Downtown." Once a primarily residential area with a suburban-style retail hub, the neighborhood has transformed in recent years as mid-rise offices, residential blocks, and hotels have been constructed in the vicinity of Sugar House Park. - Capitol Hill
The hill slopes down to the south, overlooking downtown Salt Lake City, which is why the Utah State Capitol was built there between 1912 and 1916. State Street (U.S. Route 89 in Utah) leads up Capitol Hill, and Main Street also climbs the one block to the west. The entire Salt Lake City metro area can seen from Capitol Hill, as can the Great Salt Lake miles to the west.
